Lagar de Cervera winery just presented the new 2014 vintage of its Albariño with a new label and capsule. The new design stands out for its modern crispness and elegance commensurate with the superb quality of this wine made in O Rosal, Pontevedra.

It is a vintage that the winemaker Angel Suarez defines as "typically Galician". Weather allowed for a maximum delay of the harvest so the Albariño grapes could be selected and picked manually at the optimal time. The grapes grow on estate-owned vineyards in Rías Baixas.

The result is a wine that stands out for its intense aromas and especially for its wealth of varietal nuances, so enjoyable in the glass. Fresh, meaty, creamy, complex and well balanced, this new 2014 Lagar de Cervera is perfect for enjoying with all types of aperitifs, shellfish, fish, salads, fish and rice dishes, fowl, fresh cheese, etc. A great Rías Baixas Albariño that is particularly elegant —both inside and out.
